Today with the help of globalization, my company is in the topmost position. Nowadays globalization became a worldwide trend. Globalization means the interaction of one country’s economy with all other countries. The development of globalization can be done in two methods. They are globalization of markets and globalization of production. Globalization of the market means a combination of different national markets into a big global market (Alvarez & et, 2019). These are the markets for industries and the material is used for universal needs. To find the suppliers of goods and services in different countries globalization of production came into existence.
To reduce overall costs and improve the quality our company chooses this method. Through globalization, our colleagues started communicating with other country people. When we start to communicate with others we can share our ideas, thoughts which can be useful for the development of the company. In our company, each employee is having good negotiation skills. So that these negotiation skills are used in the high globalization of our company and by this our company standards also increased. And also globalization increased the job opportunities in our company.
Because of globalization, our human resource development team faced some difficulty. It is a big task for them to deal with people with a different culture, hire and giving training to them. For this, they are trying to adapt their thinking to include cultural differences and technology development (Brymer & et, 2020). Our human resource team is looking to hire new HR’s who are with good communication skills and they should be known with multi-languages. Because if they are talented they can deal with other countries easily.
