1. Plan primary health care, health promotion and disease
prevention activities in community and/or hospital settings.
2. Assess a community and create a community-based health
program for a specific culturally-diverse community or group.
3. Demonstrate safe, reflective, evidence-based nursing practice
consistent with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
Registered Nurse standards relevant to community-based
nursing.

and understanding of theoretical concepts relevant to community
