Construct an annotated bibliography for your Researched Argument

For this assignment, you are to construct an annotated bibliography for your Researched Argument. An annotated bibliography is a citation of a source coupled with a brief summary of that source. The summary is usually no more than three sentences long.
Firstly, you will be expect ed to produce at minimum ten sources for your annotated bibliography.

Secondly, you must demonstrate that you are conducting sound research for your project.

Thirdly, a sample annotation is made below.

Fourthly, all of your annotations should follow this style.

Additionally, I have constructed this example using the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers 8th edition.
This project should list sources in alphabetical order.

Example:

Harbord, Janet. The Evolution of Film: Rethinking Film Studies. Polity, 2007. A synthesis of classic film theory and an examination of the contemporary situation of film studies that draws on recent scholarship in philosophy, anthropology, and media studies.

You will be require d to turn in a rough draft of this assignment one week before the due date, and the instructor will comment upon that draft. Turning in rough drafts to the instructor on time is a requirement of ENGL 1302. WARNING: Failure to turn in a rough draft on time results in the entire assignment being considered late, and therefore no points will be awarded for the entire project.

Please see the example on WTClass. We will also discuss this in class.
Final Note:
This is a formal essay. Contractions are frown ed upon. Proper MLA documentation and formatting is a must. Please make sure these essays are neat and clean. If you need help with a style guide, visit OWL
Purdue at https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/section/2/11/.
One more note: Make sure you have a creative title. Nothing is less exciting than a title that simple says
“Annotated Bibliography.”
