The research paradigm should use post-positivism. The planned research design should be a single case study. Summary of proposed research.
The general problem to be addressed is the ineffectiveness of change leadership resulting in less than optimal performance and organizational agility. The case study research specifically examines leadership in the information technology sector by looking at four key questions as the basis of the study. What is the role of change leaders in IT? Why are they ineffective in leading change initiatives? What is the significance of the change in the IT sector? Does ineffective change leadership influence or predict organization agility and employee performance.
Please prepare the research concept proposal with the following information;

· Concepts – The concepts that are related to the research study. Use sub points for each concept, lead with a Descriptor (one to three words).
