The primary goal of the assignment is to utilize the concepts and formulas you have learned in your course of stud. Apply them to full effect in looking at this industry, and its environment.

In this project you are expected to look at a potential takeover target (within the industry or closely related to the industry) for the company you chose as the projected future industry leader. Evaluate the takeover target and the price to be paid for the target using established valuation criteria. It is expected that you will discuss the selection of the criteria used and to comment on its relative value in the analysis.

1.     Firstly, Introduction. (The paper should begin with a short introduction (explains the purpose of the paper and provides an overview of the contents that follow) (5% of the project grade)

2.     Secondly, Discuss the selection of the criteria used to choose and evaluate a potential takeover target. (25% of the project grade).

3.     Thirdly, Evaluate the takeover target and the price to be paid for the target using established valuation criteria. (25% of the project grade). The results should be well explained and analyzed.

4.     Finally, Discuss and Conclusion of all three stages of the project. (25% of the project grade).

3.   Thirdly, State why the Findings Are Important  .

7.   Also, Acknowledge the Study’s Limitations.
8.   Moreover, Make Suggestions for Further Research.
9.   Lastly, Give the “Take-Home Message” in the Form of a Conclusion.

Please keep in mind that there are things to avoid, Such as

1.   Overinterpretation of the Results.
2.   Unwarranted Speculation.
3.   Inflating the Importance of the Findings.
4.   Tangential Issues.
5.   Also, The “Bully Pulpit” Conclusions That Are Not Support ed by the Data Summary.

5.     Reflection: the student should write a paragraph in their own words reflecting on specifically what they learned from the assignment. Lastly, How they think they could apply what they learned in the workplace. (5% of the project grade)
