[Information in your assignment should be current and reasonably up-to-date; further, Depending on when you draft, revise, finalize and submit your project, please state “Current as of {DATE}” in your title, especially if it is significantly earlier than the date you submit your project on BB] (0-5 points);

Also, Prioritizes questions/answers that provide useful information and presents them in a logical order to facilitate and promote public understanding of the information (0-5 points);
