1.1 Introduction
The Focus of this research is on Customization and Quality Standards Maintenance in McDonalds Global spread. The first McDonalds store was built in 1940 by McDonald Brothers mr Dick and mr Mac’ Ray Krock is the first official Franchise for McDonalds in 1954. Companys vision and mission was to deliver quick service, quality products, quality service and cleanliness. The success of franchisee began to grow so quickly and rapidly by 1961 though in number they opened the 100 one was in Chicago. Franchisee owner Ray Krock also brought all the McDonalds rights from MrDick  and mr Mac for 2.7 million in 1961.

In 1967 McDonalds went global by expanding and introducing Bigmac McDonalds in different countries. By 1970 every store in USA had at least one McDonalds in every state in and several in different countries around the world, countries like France, Japan, and Germany. It’s a great achievement from customers perspective they have started serving food on table it has also started self service machine that improves service and saves time standing in queue.

This has increased the level of customer’s satisfaction and increased the sales turnover. overall, it has become a family oriented restaurant so you can see lots of family going for a meal in McDonalds all over and its Global, saying that its Global maintaining the standard of their products all over the world in McDonalds
Overall, the case provides a discussion on how McDonald’s has created a impact on both customer loyalty  for their products and services. This case focuses on Globalisation with  McDonald’s as a case study.
